The TUFFLEX SHIP-DECK OVERLAY SYSTEM is designed for pedestrian traffic bearing surfaces on steel, aluminum, fiberglass or wood ship decks. TUFFLEX ship decks are seamless and flexible with slip resistant finish choices, sloping capability and assistance in noise reduction for the interior and exterior deck areas. The unique TUFFLEX SHIP-DECK OVERLAY SYSTEM eliminates the use of rigid decking products that allow water penetration and eventually rust. The TUFFLEX SHIP-DECK OVERLAY SYSTEM eliminates repeated and expensive down time, has a reasonable cost and very low life cycle cost, and provides unlimited longevity when maintained.
ELASTA-TUFF 5000-6000 X2
Utilizing the ELASTA-TUFF 5000/6000 X-2 System
An elastomeric urethane waterproofing system designed for pedestrian and roof surfaces which require high performance waterproofing. It is a monolithic system, designed to positively waterproof concrete and plywood surfaces by excluding moisture penetration during low temperature freeze-thaw cycling or high temperature, high humidity thermal cycling.
ELASTA-TUFF 5000-6000 PED
Utilizing the ELASTA-TUFF 5000/6000 PED System
This system utilizes single component, moisture cured elastomeric urethane waterproofing system designed for pedestrian traffic. It is a monolithic system, designed to waterproof concrete and plywood surfaces by excluding moisture penetration during low temperature exposure as well as high temperature, high humidity thermal cycling. This waterproofing system has excellent adhesion, impact and abrasion resistance, while exhibiting superior flexibility and weather resistance.
UREA-TUFF SYSTEM 4200-PT
Utilizing the UREA-TUFF 4200-PT Technology
This system is designed for pedestrian deck resurfacing. UREA-TUFF 4200-PT is a two component, fast setting, rapid curing and solvent free aliphatic polyurea elastomeric coating which can be applied to properly prepared interior or exterior concrete, plywood and metal surfaces. It is suitable for application in temperatures as low as 32°F and is rather insensitive to moisture.
