POLYMER FLOORING

TUFF-POXY SYSTEM “S” is a chemical resistant epoxy topping which consists of a 100% solids epoxy resin combined with a cycloaliphatic amine hardener and properly sized quartz aggregate to form an approximate 1/16 inch thick self-leveling “seeded” flooring system. TUFF-POXY SYSTEM “S” cures completely at ambient temperature to form a light to medium textured abrasion and chemical resistant topping which is intended for use in institutional, industrial and commercial facilities.

TUFF-POXY SYSTEM “S-HD” is a chemical resistant epoxy topping which consists of 100% solids epoxy resin combined with a cycloaliphatic amine hardener and properly sized quartz aggregate to form a minimum 1/8 inch thick self-leveling “seeded” flooring system. TUFF-POXY SYSTEM “S-HD” cures completely at ambient temperature to form an acid and alkali resistant topping which is intended for use in institutional, industrial and commercial facilities. This system is suitable for heavy traffic and moderate forklift traffic.

TUFF-POXY SYSTEM “T” is a heavy-duty epoxy floor topping designed to resist chemical and mechanical abuse. TUFF-POXY SYSTEM “T” is a seamless epoxy topping which consists of 100% solids, two component epoxy resin binders that are blended with quartz and silica aggregate and trowel-applied to form a ¼ inch (6.25 mm) thick flooring system. TUFF-POXY SYSTEM “T” is an aesthetic, chemical resistant and high traffic resistant flooring surfaces which is intended for institutional, industrial and commercial use.
